BRINGS POSITIVE CHANGE

Welcome

As an integrative, cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, my treatment approach includes compassionate support and practical interventions to help clients navigate current challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity and skill, I lead individuals and couples through journeys of hope and healing, helping them to learn strategies and techniques for coping with a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. Blending conventional and alternative approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and treatment modalities in order to create a way forward that is tailored to clients' needs, helping them to build on their own strengths as they strive for fulfillment and success in achieving personal goals.

For support during the COVID-19 pandemic, I am offering telehealth counseling via: FaceTime, WhatsApp, Signal, Zoom, and telephone.

I am a LIcensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the State of Maryland.  For those who are preparing for careers as psychotherapists, I am an " Approved Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor " in Maryland.  I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NBCC).

As of the fall of 2022, I have joined the staff of the Intercultural Counseling Connection as a Clinical Associate.  I have proficiencies, not fluency, in conversational Italian, Spanish, and French.

The videos provided below offer a preview of my personal style and communication skills:
